As you make your way around, keep an eye out for the many beautiful gardens that welcome visitors. Even their names conjure up images: Camelot Gardens, Music Valley, and Walk in the Wild – to name a few. All of the fruit and vegetables are locally grown and produce is seasonal, which means tomatoes really do taste like tomatoes! Pick up what is in season at the Saturday & Sunday markets. Also look out for road side stalls with honesty boxes as you drive around the island. (You may even find delicious home cooking such as relish and jams)
